Dr. Mark Simons has been delivering the highest quality orthodontics to his community in Shoreline, WA for over 30 years. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and his Dental Degree from the University of Oregon School of Dentistry where he was inducted into “Omicron Kappa Upsilon”, a national dental honorary society. Following Dental School, he was awarded a US Navy internship at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital and then proudly served his country in Vietnam in 1969. Dr. Simons then attended the University of Washington where he received his specialty degree in Orthodontics. An esteemed member of the orthodontic community, Dr. Simons is the author of “Changes in Overbite: A Ten Year Post-Retention Study”; a lecturer for the Shoreline Dental Hygiene Department and local and national study groups. He has served on advisory boards for Shoreline Community College, the Orthodontic Division of Johnson and Johnson and the University of Washington Orthodontic Alumni Association. He is an active member of many leading dental and orthodontic organizations, including the:

Dr. Simons is married and has four children and two grandchildren. He has coached and sponsored many youth sports and activities. He enjoys boating, fishing, skiing, SCUBA diving and most outdoor sports and activities.
